(a) Negotiate and execute an agreement between the City of San José and Union Pacific Railroad for the relocation of the existing railroad crossing gates and signal at Alma Avenue, approximately 750' east of Monterey Road; and
(b) Execute an agreement between the City of San José and SDS Nexgen for SDS Nexgen to reimburse the City for the full costs associated with the proposed railroad gate relocation.
