(b) Approve a support position for Amendment #2, the League Board may take a position on a statewide ballot measure by a 2/3rd vote of the Directors present. Currently, the Board may take positions with a simple majority vote. (City Manager's Office) [Rules Committee referral 4/10/13 - Item G(3)]
