(c) Adopt a resolution approving the issuance of Tax-Exempt Revenue Bonds by CSCDA in a principal amount not to exceed $27,000,000 to be used by ROEM Development Corporation to finance the Ajisai Apartments and pay certain expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the bonds.

(d) Adopt a resolution approving the issuance of Tax-Exempt Revenue Bonds by CSCDA in a principal amount not to exceed $24,000,000 to be used to finance the Orvieto B Apartments and pay certain expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of funds.
