(a) Adopt a resolution to authorize the City Manager to execute a Ground Lease, Master Lease, Development Agreement, One-Day Loan Agreement, Investment Fund Leverage Loan Agreement, Put/Call Agreement, Environmental Indemnification in the form proposed, and to authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver these documents and other related documents as necessary in connection with the closing of the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing transaction for the Environmental Innovation Center project.
