(a) Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the Taxiway W Extension J-L Project at the Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport and to either:

7.1 Approval of an amendment with SJ Real Estate Partners, LLC to modify the terms of a Promissory Note for 360 Residences.
Recommendations:
(a) Approval of the fifth amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement with SJ Real Estate Partners, LLC (successor in interest to 360 Residences LLC), to modify the terms of a Promissory Note payable to the Agency and to allow the project to convert to rental; and,
7.1 (b) Adoption of a resolution approving adjustments to the Agency's FY 2010-11 Adopted Capital Budget adding $250,000 to Miscellaneous Revenue and deducting $106,000 from the Misc. Public Improvements project line in the Merged Area, and amending the FY 2010-11 Agency appropriations resolution.
