(a) Amending the Downtown Signage Grant Program by expanding the boundaries to include all Redevelopment Project Areas, increasing the current grant amount maximum from $10,000 to $12,000, allowing buildings that have previously received a Facade Improvement Program Grant to be eligible to receive a Sign Grant no earlier than seven years following receipt of a Facade Improvement Program Grant, and changing the name to the Signage Grant Program.
