9.1 Acceptance of actions related to Bond Programs.
(a) Acceptance of the report on cost projections, current cost management strategies and policy options related to the completion of the Safe Neighborhood Parks and Recreation, Neighborhood Libraries, and Public Safety bond programs; and
2. CONSENT CALENDAR Notice to the public: There will be no separate discussion of Consent Calendar items as they are considered to be routine by the Agency and will be adopted by one motion. If a member of the Redevelopment Agency Board, staff, or public requests discussion on a particular item, that item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately.

5.1 Approval of the second amendment to the DDA with 360 Residences LLC. Recommendations:
(a) Approval of the second amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with 360 Residences LLC (formerly Mesa SoFA Partners, LLC), modifying the timing of payment on the purchase of Agency-owned property at 360 South Market Street providing for payment of $8,000,000 at the close of escrow and the execution of a $2,000,000 promissory note due and payable upon the sale of the first residential unit in the Project; and modifying the Schedule of Performance.
